Positioned as a full-service provider, the agency helped manufacturers, distributors, and resellers strengthen their presence across major online marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
With a particular focus on the automotive parts and accessories, home and garden, and sports and leisure verticals, the agency had built a reputation for delivering hands-on marketplace expertise to clients who lacked the internal resources to manage multi-channel eCommerce at scale.

Taking on a white-label role for a multi-client agency brought a level of operational complexity that demanded both technical depth and strict process discipline. Each challenge below required a targeted response before consistent delivery was possible.
Execution Approach
We deployed seven dedicated resources to manage marketplace work for seventeen of the client’s customers. The team operated as a direct extension of the client under a confidential and transparent working model.
The client trained our team on product categories and proprietary marketplace processes. We then aligned access, account setup, and execution workflows to match the client’s operating structure.
Using Linnworks, SureDone, Ad-Lister, and Volo, the team uploaded products for 17 brands across Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. For brands with their own eCommerce storefronts, listing specialists handled product uploads on Shopify, Magento, and WordPress, ensuring data consistency across all channels.
To improve organic visibility and conversion performance, the team conducted keyword research and applied optimized content across product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend fields on Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. Each listing was reviewed against marketplace-specific ranking criteria before publishing.
Dedicated data specialists sourced product attributes from manufacturer websites, competitor listings, and physical and digital catalogs. All collected data was cleaned, validated, and mapped to listing templates before being used to create new records or resolve gaps in existing ones.
Product images were processed individually for each marketplace and storefront. Specialists performed background removal, color correction, shadow adjustments, and resizing—ensuring every image met the technical and aesthetic standards of the platform it was listed on.
The team monitored stock levels across all 17 client accounts using multi-channel management platforms, keeping inventory synchronized across Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. Restocking requests were submitted to suppliers proactively, and pricing updates were automated across all active channels to eliminate manual errors.
When clients encountered listing suppressions, restricted category flags, or account-level technical issues, the team managed all communication with Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other platform support teams. This ensured timely resolution with minimal disruption to ongoing sales activity.
